The type is not justified and there is no attention paid to layout, hyphenation, spacing., correct leading for the font size, etc. This makes it very difficult on the eyes, and you might as well read the public domain text online instead of wasting your money. There is absolutely no book design, and the "paperback" is perfect bound instead of being sewn, which meant my pages started falling out during the first reading.Product details

This book is really great. It came on the date it was supposed to and in very good quality.
I love the style of the writing. The author is so creative that it is as if this was written for children, when it is not. This is the first book that ever mentions the character of Peter Pan, which is why it sparked my interest, but that ended up having very little effect on my enjoyment of the book. It's funny in a very light and innocent way; it's precious.
This was recommended by a former student of mine. I have tried several times to read it, but have not been able to get into it. H assures me that I will like it. It was inspirational to him and since he is a brilliant mind I feel it is my duty to read this novel. I bet I will like it just by the recommendation.
This was purchased for my son as a gift. The book is in far better condition that I expected. Wonderful purchase!
ordered this copy of book for the illustrations. there are only two in book. one of which is on the cover. will be sending back for a different version. should have made that more clear in the description.
While I usually don't have issues with the free versions of older books, this one I do. There missing parts in the story, either because they were not copied right and/or reviewed/edited properly. Very disappointing, especially as I'm about 75% through the book. If you can, spend a little money to hopefully get a more complete edition. I plan to.
Also, for those that say this is not about Peter Pan, he is in this book, for several chapters, as a story being shared with the little boy David. He lives in Kensington Gardens, an important part of this book, too.
The people at Pook Press need to make sure all pages are intact before sending out copies. Beginning with the title page, several pages are loose. If it weren't for the fact that I need to get this book read for an assignment, I'd send it back and ask for a replacement or a refund. Very poor quality!
